Only the full function software supports scanning.
Go here, enter your serial number, select your software and look for
- full feature printer driver
- any scanning drivers
- any scanning tools (such as OCR)
If no driver for windows 11 then any driver back to windows 7 will do.
I know nothing about MacOS, sorry.
