My Printer is HP Smart Tank 710-720, printer shown offline but after restart Printing is working but Scanner is not working, please suggest.
It says, scanner not available.

Step 1: Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power source.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the power source.
- Turn on the printer.
Step 2: Check for Software Updates
Ensure your printer has the latest firmware updates:
- Access Embedded Web Server (EWS).
- Click on the Tools tab.
- From the left menu, click Printer Updates, and then click Firmware Updates.
- Select the latest firmware update and click Apply.
Step 3: Use HP Smart App
- Download and install the HP Smart app from here.
- Use it to diagnose and possibly fix any issues.
- The app can help perform scanning tasks and manage printer settings.
