HP Recommended

My scanner is stuck in legal size so when I scan an 8.5x11 document it scans in legal size. I do not want to scan in legal size. How can my HP scanner scan in standard 8.5x11 paper size? Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you.

What printer do you have? Instructions will vary depending on model and also what software you are using for scanning. A common cause for this is for a user to accidently set the defaults to legal size.
