Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hallo, ich habe den Drucker HP Color Laser MFP 178nwg neu gekauft, alle Treiber und Software von der HP Homepage runtergeladen + installiert.

Leider ist nirgends eine Scan - / Druckersoftware auffindbar und beim Drucker der Knopf Scannen an geht auch nicht, da steht dann: Bereit für Scan - an WSD sannen (kann nichts anderes auswählen) - dann kommt wenn ich auf ok drücke nicht verfügbar.

 

Alle Ordner von HP schon durchsucht und alles auch nochmal neu installiert.

 

Wo bitte finde ich diese Software?

Bei Samsung war es der Easy Printer Manager, sowas vermisse ich bei HP.

Ich hoffe man kann mir helfen.
