Searching for newest Firmware

Hello HP Forum

I'm searching for the latest HP Firmware Version. My Printer is "hp color laser MFP 178nw".

The newest version on the Website is "V3.82.01.08" but there is also a newer one "V3.82.01.12" which I searching for.
I hope someone can give me the Link with the newest firmware?

So Version V3.82.01.08 is Version V3.82.01.12 (See Picture)?

Looks like you have installed the wrong firmware for this printer.

"V3.82.01.08" is the correct firmware update for this printer model.

It‘s a brand new printer out of the box and it showed this firmware from the beginning. That‘s why i asking here. At least more than interesting.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
