Hello, how can I add a my printer to my instant ink account. It keeps telling me that it’s registered to another account. I cannot print the needed page from my printer as it’s not recognising the black ink cartridge in the printer. I bought this printer off someone on Facebook marketplace.

Is the cartridge currently in the printer labelled instant ink? If yes, installing a standard cartridge will allow you to print. You should contact the person you purchased it from and have them remove the printer from their account.
