Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks

I have a wireless connection on my HP and have gone to the page to download drivers and software but the instructions say once I get to the page, there will be an  option to choose "firmware" - but there isn't -  only software and drivers.

I've downloaded all the drivers offered and but when I get to the utility page, nothing happens and no option is offered.

On the printer - When I try to 'enable web services' as it has WIFI Service - it says 'systems busy' - access denied. Try later.

It's been doing that for the last 4 hrs!!!

@Mary088, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that your HP LaserJet Pro CM 1415fnw printer is connected to the Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks OS installed computer and you're looking for a firmware update. Upon checking I see that the firmware update is available on the HP Website.

Use the link HP LaserJet Firmware Update Utility to download and install the update. The latest version available is 20140616

I hope that helps. Let me know!
