Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this printer on 6-23-2025 and HP tells me that it was purchased 2024 and warranty has expired.  This is a brand new (less than one month old) printer.  What do I do now to correct HP's information?

I understand you have a new HP Printer where the warranty date is updated incorrectly. We can get this checked. Please help us with the Original Invoice copy that needs to have the serial number updated. Do share the details in private so we can help you better. 

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
