There was not a Board that fit my question, but this may be the closest. 

When I tried to get some help on my Office Jet Pro 8125e that was delivered to my house today, and I was asked for the serial number; after entering it many, many times it tasted it was not valid. Once that happens I could go no further. How does one ever get to talk to a real Live person at HP?

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the HP unit's serial number, and the image of the serial number printed on the unit via private message!
