Product: HP OfficeJet 5252 All-in-One Printer
Trying to add an office jet 5252 via HP Smart. The software detects the printer and shows it as online with the correct IP address. However, once I click on the printer, it tells me "Select a different printer. HP Office Jet 5200 series must be turned on. Once printer is turned on, tap OK to refresh, and then select the printer again". Restarted PC and printer several times. Re-installed software. Printer prints fine from Android and Apple devices.
Tried all possible combinations in advanced settings IPV6 and 5GHz with direct wifi on and off
