Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought an HP LasetJet Pro M14-17 only a year ago, worked straight out of the box with my HP laptop, even wirelessly. Now I can't do a **bleep** thing and I'm wasting hours just to try and get back to where I was before. Smart diagnosis from HP is so useless it thinks my printer isn't connected (funny that, because it just recognized it and added it to my devices), tells me it's out of paper, also rubbish. Rapidly going backwards, Help!
