Hi.
I am currently using my printer connected via a wireless router (was working find for more than 2 years).
A couple weeks ago, my printer (on the device sceen) was showing that a new frimware is available. I was always had to press CANCEL to remove the message.
DoN,t ask me why but one day, i decided to select OK.....than it was showing dowloading....and sisnce than when the printer restart i can see my printer is able to connect to my wifi and we are able to print no problem but on the printer I don't have access anymore to anything. When i try to press HOME, SETUP or any other key I only get the same BIP and message on the screen saying :
SERVER CONNECTION ERROR
Please return to connect again or OK to exit
When I press OK the QUICK FORM menu appeard and it's the only menu i can get.
FYI, i am able to SCAN, Print, see the carteridge menu using the HP Solution Center on my desktop but I am not able to make any changement on the setup of the device.
When I printe the Printer Satus Report here the firmware a get : VAx2FN1631AR
Any idea on how to reset the the firmware...I thing by downloading the firmware update I download a virus!!!
I already try to uninstall and reinstall the software and printer but I style have the same issue (i also test to disconnect the printer from the wifi and connect using the USB cable on my destop but it don't change, I don't have any access to any key menu and always have the same CONNECTION Error)

Could you tell me if this procedure repaired the printer totally or just got it going again. I have the same issue but was wondering if this also will fix the eservices function which no longer works or is no longer supported. Does this reset get those feature functioning also?
Thanks
