HP Recommended

I am unable to find a way to set the default scale to fit settings on my Officejet Pro 8139e.  The printer webpage doesn't seem to have this option and the Printer Settings dialog box doesn't have this feature either.  Is this something that can be done?  I do bulk printing from folders using Cmd + P and some documents are always cut off at the top.
