Hello, I purchased a DeskJet Plus 4122 from someone who had never set it up before. But it was not in the original box because they had thrown it away like a year ago. So I had to go purchase my own ink cartridges. When I tried to set it up in my own home, it says I must use the Setup Cartridges, but I don't have them. Now I cannot get the printer set up because I cannot move past that in the HP Smart app. Please help! I do not have these setup cartridges and I already have other cartridges installed. Is there a way to bypass this? Thank you!
