Hi @Angipop
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
The error message "EBS00P0013" typically occurs during the setup process of an HP printer and often points to a network or communication issue.
Here are some steps you can try to resolve it:
1. Check Network Connection
- Ensure your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. Double-check the SSID (network name) and password.
- Restart your router by turning it off for 30 seconds and then turning it back on.
- Print a Network Configuration Report from the printer's menu to confirm it has a valid IP address.
2. Restart the Setup Process
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Re-run the setup process using the HP Smart app or the printer's web interface.
3. Perform a Power Drain
- Remove the cartridges and unplug the printer.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to drain residual power.
- Reconnect the printer, insert the cartridges, and try setting it up again.
4. Update Printer Firmware
- Use the HP Smart app or the printer's web interface to check for firmware updates. Keeping the firmware up to date can resolve setup issues.

5. Enable Bluetooth (if applicable)
- Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device to help the HP Smart app detect the printer during setup.
