Set up issues

I have set up my new HP Office Jet Pro 9020, I can print from my phone, but following the online set-up for my iMac, it gives me an error 400, Bad request message. I have tried a few times with no success. Can anyone assist me please?

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

If the printer is already connected to the network, please follow the steps below to connect your iMac.

Refer to this link to use the HP smart app on your phone/tablet/PC to add a printer.

Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
