Envy 5530 e All-in-One Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to set up my Envy 5530 to print from both Desktops - one with WIN 7 and one with WIN 10.  Printer now works with WIN 7 computer.  On WIN 10 computer, print and scan reads:

HP Envy 5530 Series

USB    Installed

HP Envy 5530 Series Class Driver

Installed

Print and Scan - message is "failed to communicate when trying to print from WIN 10.

How do I get this WIN 10 computer to print?

Thank you.

I would appreciate help in setting up two computers to HP printer.  One computer is already set up and prints.  New computer seems to be set up, but cannot communicate with other computer, therefore, I cannot print from new computer. Thank you.
