Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had to buy a new printer.  The one I had, which was an HP.  It developed a swollen battery.  I took it in because the keyboard had stopped working. Geek Squad was not going to be able to fix it for me.  I had to buy a new computer. I have two HP printers.  The software for them is on the old HP computer.  I need to get software for the printers onto the new computer. I couldn't load the second printer onto this message because HP couldn't look it up.  Apparently HP is having technical difficulties. It is an HP ENVY Pro 6400 series printer.  I do a lot of printing.  I hope this doesn't take a long time to resolve.

go to support.hp.com and download the full install from there after you search for drivers for your printer.
