Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M430f

Hi, I am trying to set up the scan to email function on my printer. On the set up page where I have to put information about SMTP I am asked to type my username and access code. But I am not sure which username and access code, I have to type. Is it for my Microsoft account? Hope someone can help me with this issue. Thanks

Hi,

You would need to use your full email address as the user, among your email account password, which should likely be the same as your Microsoft Account.

 

If you experience any login failure, setting up and using an App Password instead should likely help:
