HP Recommended

Hi there just wondering if anyone out there can help. I recently just bought HP Deskjet 2700e all in one series, I am trying to set it up through the app on my phone as I don't have access to a computer or laptop. I downloaded the app and started the process but can't get no further as it is saying I need to finish the set up on a computer.Is there a problem with the app right now? Any ideas would be great thanks.
