Hello community,

 

I’ve just made a purchase of the HP ENVY 6055e All in one Printer.  However, to connect this to a desktop computer you must download the HP SMART software from the HP website.  This should be easy process for anyone who knows anything about computers, correct? 

 

Following the steps to finally get to this page, it directs me to a Microsoft Store page to get FREE software.  Here’s where the problem starts:  Click on Get = The thing you’re looking for isn’t here.  We probably don’t have it, but just in case, try searching for it. 

 

**bleep**.  Can’t HP provide it’s on software and drivers on it’s on website?  Do I really need to take the time to take this piece of crap back to the store and stand in line for a refund…..
