I have a new 9025 all-in-one printer but misplaced the set up cartridges. I am unable to set up with new HP cartridges.
Can we set up without the setup cartridges. I have not used the printer and it was lying as a spare one.

If you recently purchased the printer, I would return it for a refund. I have been unable to use my 9015e I purchased 7 months ago and all HP does is go through a reset process that doesn't fix the problem. They've now sent me 4 sets of ink cartridges, but I still get the error that I'm not using genuine HP cartridges, so now it's just a big white paperweight.

@Daiwik1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you do not have the setup ink cartridges. We need to perform an OOB reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

@Russ1960
The issue you have is different from the original post. If you have tried multiple sets of ink cartridges and if the printer is under warranty, HP will replace the printer for you.
- I've sent you a private message with further instructions to resolve this issue.
