macOS 10.13 High Sierra

We restarted our DeskJet Plus 4152 printer and it is asking for the SetUp Ink Cartridges, but since it is not new and has been restarted we do not have them. We have two new HP 67 Black and HP 67 Tri-Color XL cartridges since we needed to replace the ink anyway. 

 

Please help

Does anyone have any information on this. We still have not had this fixed.
