My office sent over this new printer for home use. However, the box did not include the "SETUP ink cartridges"

I'd previously been using an HP Envy Photo 7800 series and tried to install this printer with the 65 Series Ink...

After being unable to even set the printer up without these special ink cartridge's, I went online to find this is a common issue with the 7800 Series Printers.

Given that all of the posts from HP Employees state: "send you a private message with the instructions on how to perform an advanced reset"... please advise soonest if you are able to send me this instructions so I may utilize this device.

Thank you,

Brklyn88
