Trying to install HP Smart.  Install says I own it, but it is not in the list of Apps.  Laptop has had previous HP printers installed.  How do I uninstall HP Smart App so I can re-install it for new HP OfficeJet Pro 8030?  Thanks...

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

1.Go Windows Start > scroll to HP and right-click on HP Smart and "Uninstall"

 

2.Go to Microsoft Store and search for "HP Smart", Install. 

 

3. Power on the Officejet 8030, make sure that the Wireless LED i blinking 

 

4. Start up HP Smart and "Add printer" and follow the instructions to add printer.
