Bought from Best Buy. Followed all simple directions. Every time my PC communicated to the printer (wireless) all lighjts blinked and "79" appeared. This is supposedly a firmware issue. After three hours with HP support, I was sent a replacement printer. SAME ISSUE. After three and a half hours with HP support, I was send a SECOND replacement printer. SAME ISSUE. Somehow I got transferred/would up with PC MacWin. HP says they do not funnel you to them, but I had never heard of them and this was obviously not my first time contacting HP. Anyway, after FOUR hours with them, their crackerjack solution was to connect via USB. I did have a spare able and everything works. PC MacWin called that a "fix" and charged me $199. I am not fixed. I am not happy. I will take this printer back to Best Buy and try and exchange for a decent/working wireless printer. I cannot believe I am the only one with this problem!
