HP Recommended

I cannot bypass the "Use SETUP Cartridges". I purchased an open box printer that did not come with the cartridges. I installed the newly bought OEM cartridges. I've seen other conversations and do not help. I've also seen that I have to contact support but that phone number ain't no help. I've seen admin said to contact them but where do I contact. Any advice will do.

HP Recommended

I have a list of printers that can bypass those setup cartridges. It is not complete and not all printers can be bypassed.

 

What is your exact model?
