Dear HP Customer Care, I had bought a new "HP ENVY 7134 AiO - with 6 months Instant". While i do the printer setup, the app is preventing me to choose 6 months Instant ink supply in HP Smart app. I request your help here to choose 6 months free ink supply offer. Also, i have not received any cartridge in the box. Look forward for your response. I am unable to reach out to any HP representative except bots. Thanks!

I see that you did not receive ink cartridges in the box, we can continue to set up the printer if you have regular ink or I'd suggest reaching out to HP Support in your region regarding the cartridge shipment. Once you have the ink cartridges, refer to the document HP Printers - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink to complete the instant ink setup.
