Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I have silhouette studio designer edition and when I send my file to print with registration marks it will only print out grey, this only happens when using the software and will print the same file in colour by itself. I have tried to change the print quality and this did not work, neither did changing the DPI to 300, removing and re installing the printer. I have a HP Envy 4527, any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
