This afternoon, for the first time today, I went to print something and the printer was offline. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but nothing is finding the printer. I have checked and it is on the network, and the very same network that my PC is on. I once again had to e-mail my document to my iPad, which was able to print to the printer just fine.  I can't even get the printer to show up on my computer so I can go check the port situation. I could probably do it by reinstalling it with the first set of directions that you gave me and then go through all the other iterations.

I would just like to have a printer that works with my laptop (which is also an HP,  by the way). Help, please!
