Hi,

I am looking for some ideas or suggestions here. I recently moved from the UK to India with my HP Envy 6020e printer. I am conntected to the WIFI of my home network but everytime I try to print, I am getting an error message as printer is offline, hence, unable to print anything. Can someone suggest to how to fix it?

I tried resetting the printer, logged onto my account but still unable to fix it.

Any help or suggestions to fix this issue will be highly appreciated.
