Welcome to the HP English Community --
I'm not sure how to correct something sent to you that is already the wrong size.
Some ideas...
A lot depends on the type of data -- straight email data can be downloaded and saved, likely as a PDF file.
Open the file on your device (computer, tablet, phone) and print at the percentage of 100% you want.
Attachments can be downloaded and saved -- what you get depends on the original format of the attachment.
If you can determine size of the template as sent and then calculate the size you need to get the print adjusted to the size you want, you can download the template, change the size of the data to match the size you want (Page size in Word), complete whatever changes you want, Save the document and Print.
What else?
Download, Save, Open in an appropriate software for the file type.
Print the template at the calculated percentage of 100% necessary to get the size you want.
Example - Windows - Adobe Reader - PDF Print
Section Page Sizing and Handling > Size > Custom Scale
PDF_Reader_Main_Menu_Border_6
and / or
If the file (when saved) is an Image file - .jpg
and
If you have access to a supported Windows computer,
Install image editing / print software and print the data at the size you want it done.
OR
Install Image editing / print software that can resize / resample / change the actual size of the data.
Example - Irfanview - Print at Custom Size
Irfanview_Custom_Print_Size_4
Example - Irfanview - Resize / Resample Image file
Irfanview_Print_Image_Resize_Resample_4
