I see that you are using Windows 10 operating system and currently there are is no full feature driver software is available for your printer.

 

I recommend you install the Windows built-in driver and check whether it helps.

 

Follow the steps in the below article to install Windows built-in driver.

If you continue to face the issue or if you are unable to find the model of your printer in the list then I recommend you install the driver for Deskjet 990C from the list and check if it resolves the issue.
