I have a major security issue with the HP Smart App that is now requiring to sign-in to use the WiFi scanning function.  I have clients and myself who have very sensitive documents, and due to strict internal controls, we cannot sign-in to a cloud based app to scan these documents from the HP all-in-one to a computer.  Does the HP Smart App have an option not requiring signing in which breaches the very secure internal networks and internal controls?  Otherwise, all HP devices will have to be removed and replaced with another manufacturer.  Thanks.

Various models of the HP OfficeJet Pro All-In-One devices.  We want to scan via WiFi without logging into a web based platform.  Thanks.
