We recently upgraded our Lenovo Desktop to Windows 11. I can print fine from my computer; however, I am unable to open the HP Smart App correctly. It was working fine before the Windows upgrade. I have tried un-installing and re-installing, and rebooting the computer. It is showing Smart App installed, but when you open it, it becomes a blank white screen. And for some reason, HP support thinks I'm not connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet or I wouldn't be here doing this or anything else.
I finally found a work-around to scan documents by going to my phone and using the Smart App there. Worked like a charm. I have tried figuring this out for an hour. Can someone here offer a little assistance?
