Hi I have purchased the Smart tank 550 all in one system and am not able to down load the software or drivers anywhere- on trying to get the  Smart app I am told it is unavailable. 

And you cant get to actually speak to someone at HP 

Really annoying as have had the printer for 5 days now and not able to use it.

Any ideas please

To which device are you wanting to connect the Printer to?
