Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I tried to check for software/firmware updates but the dropdown menu to select OS doesn't offer Mac. It only has Linux and Windows options. PS - my Mac OS is up-to-date.

Use the HP Easy Start software to check for software updates for Mac:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/HP_Easy_Start/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip 

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.

I'm sorry, but I don't think it's prudent for security reasons to download software that's not offered on the official HP website. The HP Easy State website offers only Windows updates for the 7740. Again, why isn't the Mac OS version of software updates being offered for this model?
