Software for HP2515 in Mac OS Monterrey

Hi,

I want to install my HP 2515 printer in my IMac 2021 M1 running Mac OS 12 Monterrey. In HP website it says that HP Easy Start app is the correct software for my IMac.

However, when trying to install it, the installation software detects the printer correctly but, in the last step, it says "We are not able to automatically locate any software options for this product".

Can you please tell me what should I do.

To assist you better, what is the exact model of the printer you are using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Is it an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515 All-in-One Printer?

If yes, check for any software updates on Mac

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

Uninstall the previously installed HP Easy Start, follow the steps in - Uninstall HP printer software and drivers

Now, click here to download the Easy Start app.
