I have an
HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer
This printer works on every bit of software I have except the new version Of Affinity by Canva, when I try to print the dialog box says no printer installed. When Affinity by serif was 3 seperate programmes I had no problems.
can anyone help on this

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?
1. Clear and Restart the Print Spooler (Windows):
- Search for Services in the Windows taskbar and open it.
- Scroll to Print Spooler, right-click, and select Restart.
- If the service is not running, click Start to enable it.
2. Re-add the Printer:
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners in Windows.
- Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e printer and click Remove device.
- Reconnect the printer using the latest full-feature driver from the HP Software and Driver Downloads page.
