Hi,

Download and install the following Full Feature HP Software below for the PSC 1510:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software11/COL30951/mp-76831-1/AIO_CDB_Net_Full_Win_WW_130_141.exe

 

Note: do not plug te USB prior the installation guide doing so, if it is connected unplug the cable and remove any instance of the device from Control Panel > View Devices and Printers prior running the installation.
