Buongiorno, 

dopo che la mia stampante ha smesso di funzionare tramite WI-FI, e dopo aver provato in tutti i modi a ri-collegarla senza risultato, ho provato a disinstallarla e reinstallarla dal PC.  Ora durante l'installazione , compare il messaggio "Errore irreversibile", senza nessun codice. Ho provato con i file di autoinstallazione della stampante (non ho il cd), e tutti i tipi di driver disponibili sul sito. Il problema è che non fa nemmeno le fotocopie e non stampa le pagine di prova, praticamente è da buttare (ed ho i toner all' 80%).
