I have the Deskjet 4100 Plus All-In-One with HP 67 black and color ink. I have had issues with the ink not drying at all on Inkjet compatible Vinyl Sticker Paper. Is there certain settings on the printer I need to change in order for the ink to set and dry properly on glossy vinyl sticker paper? I've tried several different sticker paper brands, all that claim to be waterproof and smudge-proof, but the ink just wont dry.

Welcome to the HP Community --

Shiny, glossy, vinyl sticker paper is perhaps not supported in spite of the listing for "other specialty inkjet papers" in the Specifications.

That the ink does not dry is likely a result of the ink not adhering to the print surface.

Printer should be able to print on standard labels, maybe even standard glossy (not vinyl).

Unless you have time for more experimentation, consider using standard plain matte labels or sticker paper.

Thank you so much for the info! Unfortunately I need vinyl paper for resin/epoxy projects. Do you know if the HP Envy 6055e is compatible with vinyl? That would be my next option!

You are welcome.

Personally, I do not know of any inexpensive home printers ( ≤ $100 to ≥$400 ) that support printing on vinyl.

That means nothing -- there are lots of things I don't know.
