HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.6.6 failed to report any problem. It thanked me for the use of HP products and pointed to some additional resources, among which this forum. Maybe I'll check them out when I have the time.

When I asked Scan Doctor to print a test page, the printer did. The printing notifier at the bottom right on the screen I don't know what its called) told me the document could not be printed (what I also mentioned in my previous post). My computer also told the printer to print the test page again. For some reason Scan Doctor failed to detect those failures.

Printing of a range of pages works. At the end of printing the range my PC tells the printer to print it again. So, if put the correct number of pages in the drawer, that works.

We have tried all possible troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

This might require one on one interaction for further assistance as informed in the previous post.

I tried the suggestions from Print and Scan Doctor, but none of them worked.

I don't see any information on one on one interaction in your previous post. Are you referring to paid assistance ?

“Might” require? So it is unlikely it requires one on one interaction? So there is likely another way to resolve the issue?

Yes, phone support would be chargeable as your printer is out of warranty.
