Hello
I have a printer hp mfp m527. This device worked well with firmware 3. My device crashed once. I turned the machine on and off but it always froze after the progress bar showed "check disk: 100%" (I think at stage 6/8 or 7/8). And the rising process stopped.
I turned the device on and off many times. I even removed the power cable. But the problem was exactly the same. I tried to install the firmware from pre-boot but again the device froze at the same stage.
This time I tried to install the firmware version 4. The installation was completed successfully, but the scanner and copiy and ... are not working and keep giving error 30.01.41.
So much so that the device stops working and has to be turned off and on twice.
please guide me.
Thank you in advance

Odd, the trouble shooting manual states that this error is directly related to a 220V based machine being plugged into a 110V outlet. However if you were previously using it on the same outlet that seems unlikley unless you have unreliable power. Further if you have confirmed that the power is correct, then the manual states that you should replace the ADF assembly:
ADF Whole Unit Enterprise B5L47-67908 (for standard non-flow units)
ADF Whole Unit Workflow B5L47-67909 (for work flow units)
Easiest way to tell workflow from a standard unit is the presence of a pull out keyboard on the device.

The location of the power outlet or the way to connect to the electricity has not changed.
Of course, the device was already active with firmware version 3. This error is displayed in firmware version 4.
But more important than this is how to solve the "check disk" step error. The error displayed by installing firmware version 3. In fact, this is the same error that caused me to reinstall the firmware. Most of my focus is on solving this problem.
As I said before, after about step 6/8 when it says "check disk: 100%", the operation stops and the progress bar that was moving before it stops.
