Microsoft Windows 11

Greetings to everybody,

I'm writing to you because I'm stuck in the full driver installation of my HP Officejet. I will try to explain the issue briefly:

- I was able to install the full webpack driver, downloaded from here (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-4650-all-in-one-printer-series/5447930...). The printer prints perfectly. I would like to have the HP Printer Assistant installed (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/223322iBEE401AB2B1434B5?v=v2, for reference)

- When I open the installed software, configuration starts

- I'm able to arrive up until the software "opens the website to complete configuration" (step 3 of configuration). After that a new window opens that says "we have a better option available for you. Install HP Easy Start to complete the configuration"

- I then downloaded HP Easy Start

- I can follow the configuration of HP Easy Start until it asks me which driver I want. Selecting "Full driver", the program opens the same configuration process as before and it gets stuck at the same moment

What should I do to complete the installation? Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Thank you in advance for your reply, I wish you my very best
