Totally frustrated! Brand new up laptop and brand new hp deskjet 2752e printer. I had no trouble installing the smart app to my phone and I can print from my iPhone but I can’t not print from my laptop. I downloaded the hp smart app on my computer and all it does it says thanks for your patience. I have the info light on, printed details.. no help! Says I’m connected to wireless but not internet.. and to go to go smart app but all I get is thank you for your patience!

Could you confirm the OS on the Laptop? Are you usng a Chromebook?
