Product: HP 6122 deskjet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have been using HP Deskjet 990C drivers with my HP 6122 Deskjet. However, just got a new Microsoft Surface with windows 10 and HP 990C drivers do not appear in the Windows Printer Update. Any ideas?

@bkommer, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

This is an end of life printer. The driver is not available for this model. 

 

If you are not able to select Deskjet 990c driver, try to check for Deskjet 6980.

 

If this does not help, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
