Product: Laserjet Pro MFP M181fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since installing firmware update 20201021, I have been unable to print, using generic toner cartridges.  Can you please advise how to downgrade to previous firmware version and provide a link/file for the previous firmware version.
