I have an HP Office Jet Pro 9015e printer. I bought new 962 cartridges from a big box store in the last three days.
The blue is ok and the red is OK. With the yellow and the black ink I get the Supply System Problem message, try
another cartridge. I received a new print head in June and HP supplied me with four cartridges to go with it. The ink
ran out and I purchased new ink.This is when I got this message on my printer. I chatted with support and they
did npor resolve the problem at all. They are going to send me another yellow and black cartridge. I have no
idea if this will do any good. So twice in the last two months I have gotten the error message and twice they did not
really fix my problem
