I was recently a victim of a hack attack. They took over everything and reset all my accounts, including my printer accounts. I am attempting to get my printer back online, but it cannot find my device. My account (reset password, etc.) shows I do not own a printer. I need assistance.

I understand that you are facing issues with your account.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only
Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
Meanwhile, update the drivers and firmware. Click here
Also, go through the printer setup and see how it goes. Click here
